On Site Medical & Safety

A trusted occupational health and safety company needed a new name, a new website, and a clearer way to explain what they actually do.

Who They Are

On Site Medical & Safety is an occupational health and safety company based in Lafayette, Louisiana, serving clients in the oil and gas industry and beyond.

Formerly known as Pharma-Safe, the company had built a strong reputation in its field. But the name was creating confusion. Prospective clients thought the business was connected to pharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical services, which made it harder for the company to communicate its real value quickly.

The work and expertise were there. The name and website needed to catch up.

Pharma-Safe was ready for rebrand.

The company needed a name that better reflected its actual services: on-site medical support, safety services, occupational health, and practical support for companies working in demanding environments.

That rebrand also required a new website. The previous site had outdated information, inconsistent updates, and an older look that no longer matched where the company was headed. It did not give visitors the clearest picture of the company’s services, value, or position in the industry.

The new name would resolve confusion as to the company’s capabilities. The website needed to reinforce that clarity.

Strategy

Our simple strategy was to build a website that made the new brand make sense.

On Site Medical & Safety needed more than a visual refresh. The website had to feel modern, organized, and credible while staying direct and honest. Visitors needed to know who On Site Medical & Safety serves, what the company provides, and how to take the next step.

Website Structure and Content

We built a new website that gave On Site Medical & Safety a clearer way to present themselves to current and potential clients.

The previous site had become outdated and unreliable, and had an overall structure that did not fully support the company’s new direction. The new website gives the brand a cleaner foundation, with service information organized in a way that makes the company easier to understand.

The goal was to make the site useful from the first visit. Whether someone was looking for on-site medical support, occupational health services, safety support, or a better understanding of the company’s role in the oil and gas industry, the website needed to guide them quickly to the right information.

Brand-Aligned Website Build

Because the website launched alongside the new On Site Medical & Safety identity, the design needed to do more than modernize the old site. It had to help the new name feel established.

We carried the updated brand direction into the website through the layout, colors, typography, messaging, and overall presentation. The result was a site that felt more current, more organized, and better aligned with the company’s actual services.

The new website helped move the company away from the ambiguity created by the name Pharma-Safe and toward a clearer public presence built around medical, safety, and occupational health support.

Service Clarity and Lead Pathways

A major part of the build was making the company’s services easier to understand.

The website was structured to explain On Site Medical & Safety’s offerings and give prospective clients a stronger sense of how the company can support their teams. Instead of relying on outdated pages or scattered information, the new site created a direct path from interest to inquiry.

The final build gave On Site Medical & Safety a modern website that matched the new brand, presented the business more accurately, and gave potential clients a clearer way to take the next step.

Impact

With a new name, new brand identity, and new website, On Site Medical & Safety is positioned to move from one of the best-kept secrets in the oil and gas industry to a company more people can recognize, understand, and trust.

The new website gives the company a stronger platform for visibility, growth, and lead generation. Early indicators point toward increased online visibility, higher website traffic, and more form submissions, though those claims should be confirmed internally before final publishing.

The result is a clearer public presence for a company that already had the experience. Now the brand and website do a better job showing it.

What We Learned

01

A name should reduce confusion

The rebrand helped move the company away from assumptions around pharmaceutical services and toward a name that better reflects what the business actually provides.

02

A rebrand needs a website to support it

The new identity needed a site that could explain the change, present the services clearly, and give the company a stronger digital home.

03

Clarity creates opportunity

When prospective clients understand what a company does faster, the business has a better chance to earn trust and start the right conversations.
